Wonder how the White House will help Obama in the election?

Does the White House provide the President with the ultimate home court advantage in the political world?

I am interested to see if others agree that the size and scope of the White House and its grounds have an intimidating effect on both foreign heads of state as well as members of the US government. I think it does give the President a "home court" advantage.
